How can I pay?
Currently, you can pay by credit card or Electronic Funds Transfer. On the checkout page select PayGate as your payment option, click 'Place Order', select 'Card Payments' to pay by credit card or 'Secure EFT' to pay by Electronic Funds Transfer.
How do I return a product?
Once an offer has expired, you can go to My Account, RMA and click 'Create New RMA'. Follow the instructions to select the product and provide details on the reasons for the return. The more details and photos you are able to provide, the easier and faster it is for us to process your return.

How do I get cashback and what is it?
You get cashback credit on purchases of products that show a cashback bar. Every time the product is bought, the cashback bar fills and more cashback credit is unlocked. When the offer on the product ends, everyone who bought the product gets all the cashback credit unlocked since the beginning of the offer.

What is My Wallet?
My Wallet is where your cashback credit transactions appear from your orders under My Account. Cashback credit is as good as cash; use it to buy products or transfer it to your bank account.
When you spend cashback credit, the transaction will appear as a debit (decrease to your Wallet balance).
When you get cashback from your orders, the transaction will appear as a credit (increase to your Wallet balance).
How do I transfer cashback to my bank account?
In My Account, go to My Wallet and click 'Transfer Amount to Bank Account'. Follow the instructions and accurately enter your bank details in the 'Account Details' field to ensure the amount is transferred successfully.
Why do I need to enter my Suburb?
Suburb is important for us to find your address to deliver your orders successfully. Please always ensure to enter the accurate Suburb for your delivery address.
When will my order ship and be delivered?
Your order will ship based on the product with the latest Ships On date in your cart. You can see the Ships On date under each product on the Cart page after you have added products to your cart. To add products to your cart, click the 'GET IT' button on the product.
Check out with products that have the same or similar Ships On dates to have your order delivered sooner!
How do I track my order?
Your order's tracking information will be emailed to you, where available. You may also contact us about your order, and we will provide you with the tracking information.
What is Watchlist and My Watchlist?
Click '+ WATCH LIST' button on products to add them to My Watchlist under My Account. Here, you can monitor the price changes, cashback and time left till you are ready to purchase the product. Check back frequently though, because the product will only remain in your watchlist until the offer ends.
Remember, you get cashback on the product for everyone who bought it before and after you. But only if you buy the product. So be sure to buy it soon, before the offer ends!
